Office Ethernet Service
Office Ethernet service is very different from Cable and DSL. We provide direct enterprise grade fiber-optic connectivity to the office building, split it up with
enterprise grade switching equipment and deliver it directly to your office. This uses all the same technologies we use to deliver data to our co-located customers and has a much higher level
of service than what is available using a consumer grade product such as DSL or Cable.

Cable Modem Services
Our cable modem offering is very simple. It's the same thing as Shaw's without the cable TV and fax/POS line. It doesn't even go through our network, it's all 100% Shaw,
and has standard Shaw business S.L.A. (fixed within 24 hours) - we don't guarantee it. We are able to pass along a discount to you if you
are willing
to commit to purchasing a cable package for a term of 1-3 years. You can always move up in price, so long as you resign the agreement for a new term of the same or longer length.
Moving down in price will trigger a contract penalty depending on how long you have left on your term.
Again, we are using our wholesale strength to get you a better price, but you must buy the product the same way we do - for a specific term.
